Brief Biography

Mr. Chad Blackman
International Trade Advisor and Senior Partner
Global Partners International

Chad Blackman is a British trained attorney, who brings over a decade of combined experience on issues of governance, international trade, shipping, and maritime law. As Senior Partner of Global Partners International, Chad focuses on international regulations that affect global clients, and is also a regular contributor to Caribbean and European NGO causes. Chad is the Chairman of the Commonwealth African Summit, and served as Barbados' Youth Ambassador to CARICOM and the Commonwealth respectively. He has read for both the LLB Law and LLM International Trade Law at the University of Essex in the United Kingdom. He is fluent is Spanish.
